Tenuta Passera Marchiotto is located in a strategic position: a stone’s throw from the A8 Milano-Laghi motorway exit, it is easily accessible from Malpensa, Varese, Como, Lugano and Milan.
Immersed in lush nature, you immediately notice the care and attention to detail.
It has a 300sqm marquee and a 200sqm indoor hall. The spaces of the Garden, the Courtyard, the Scuderie and the Wood can be used for organizing the various moments of the day.
It is designed for exclusive use: in fact, only one event per day is received, in order to guarantee total exclusivity and privacy for the event.
A large internal parking space is available, so that everyone can comfortably reach the estate and feel at ease and in total relaxation.
Organization

In order to make your special day just as you have always dreamed, the property hopes for the involvement of collaborators who are already in synergy with the location: suppliers who know the spaces in every detail and who can optimize the different dynamics.
If you wish to choose professionals different from those suggested, the property reserves the right to consult with you.
It is also possible to take advantage of the reception logistics management service, a complete consulting and coordination service thanks to which you will not have to think about any part of the reception organization.
Explotation
The rent for Tenuta Passera Marchiotto is € 3,000 from Monday to Thursday, € 3,500 on Fridays, pre-holidays and Sundays, € 4,500 on Saturdays and holidays excluding VAT 22%.
The rental of the structure includes the entire property, exclusively, for a daytime event from 1.00pm to 8.00pm, for evening events from 5.00pm to 12.00am. It is possible to extend the event with extra time equal to €350/h excluding VAT 22%.
For winter weddings we have a menu proposal with catering included at € 130 per person, excluding 10% VAT, for at least 80 guests, to be held in the Salone delle Feste.
The musical accompaniment must end 30 minutes before the agreed end time of the event. The property must be released by the agreed end time of the event.
We have always loved the green spaces that embrace the Estate, within which there is an ancient forest to which we are offering access for the photo shoot. The forest lends itself to the creation of intimate, special moments and evocative settings such as ceremonies, aperitifs, cake cutting, etc… Its use, for these occasions, has an extra cost of €280 per flat rate.
The ceremony is symbolic. The the setup is the responsibility of your vendors. The chairs (white Chiavarine) are positioned and dismantled by Tenuta Passera Marchiotto at a cost of €3 each.
The reception logistics management service has a value of €350 excluding VAT.
The atmospheres of the location can be made even more fascinating by intervening with light design installations, in particular we suggest their use in the Court, in the Stables and in the Woods. It will be a pleasure, together with you, to evaluate its use and the related estimate.
