What data we process
- Data you provide voluntarily through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp: name, email address, any phone number, and the information you choose to share (e.g. event date, number of guests, message content).
- Browsing data collected automatically by the server for the operation and security of the site (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of the request), recorded in technical logs.
Why we process data and the legal basis
- To reply to your enquiries and provide information or quotes — legal basis: responding to your request and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To manage any contractual relationship if you decide to proceed — legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations, including tax and accounting (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
- To ensure the security and correct operation of the site — legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Nature of the provision of data
Providing your data is free and optional, but without the necessary data (e.g. name and email) we are unable to respond to your enquiries.
Who we share data with
Data may be processed by parties providing us with technical services, acting as data processors, in particular our hosting and email provider Aruba S.p.A. (servers located within the European Union). If you decide to hold your event with us, some data may be shared with the suppliers you choose, solely for the purpose of organising it. Data is never disclosed or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Transfers outside the EU
Data is processed within the European Union. No transfers to third countries are envisaged.
How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry. In the event of a contractual relationship, data is kept for the periods required by law (in particular tax and accounting obligations, generally 10 years). Technical logs are kept for a limited period.
Your rights
As a data subject you may at any time exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of and objection to processing, data portability, as well as withdrawal of any consent given.
